As the Technical Lead for Learning Development and Coordination, you are the primary engine of our educational mission. Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Learning and Development, you serve as the Lead Builder and technical driver of our digital learning ecosystem. This role is centered on high-impact execution. You bridge the gap between instructional concepts and functional reality by leading the hands-on construction of complex online courses, managing a high-volume development backlog, and directing a team of learning developers. You will work in lockstep with our Learning Experience Design Manager to translate vision into high-performing assets. While the Learning Experience Design Manager defines the purpose, direction, and content of the learner journey, you own the technical execution.
