The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for maintaining position control within the assigned division. The recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day full cycle of recruitment activity while maintaining effective relationships with field operations. TA Recruiter should maintain compliance records, applicant flow, and manage all ATS and HRIS functions within the organization. While the primary responsibility of the TA recruiter, the recruiter must maintain common knowledge of rules and regulations defined by CBAs and other entities that govern the employees.
