Description Job Purpose: The Aircraft Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the inventory of aircraft parts and materials to ensure accurate tracking, timely availability, and regulatory compliance. This role supports Maintenance, Maintenance Control, and Purchasing by maintaining optimal stock levels, overseeing inventory movements, and ensuring traceability and documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and document incoming aircraft parts and materials for accuracy, certification, and condition. - Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system including stock levels, part status, and serial/lot tracking. - Coordinate stocking and restocking of parts, tooling, and materials to support maintenance operations and reduce aircraft downtime. - Organize and control stockroom, labeling, storage practices to ensure efficient access ad compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. - Perform routine cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventories.
