Job description

The Maintenance Area Manager, Press is responsible for managing all maintenance activities and personnel (hourly and salary) including the maintenance and operations of all press room tandem and transfer presses. Responsibilities also include: Continuous improvement, new projects, preventive maintenance, and standardization, providing line-ups and setting priorities, leading Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities in the pressroom, and active involvement in all related Stellantis Industrial System initiatives. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or journeyperson with a high school diploma / GED and minimum of 5 years of industrial automation maintenance experience, including some stamping and supervisory experience - Ability to work any shift and overtime as required - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required - Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrated ability to coach / mentor / deve...
