Revenue acceleration, enterprise pipeline creation, and category leadership in voice AI agents require a strategic and data-driven growth function. This role will define and execute the vision for the entire marketing funnel while directly influencing aggressive revenue targets. What You’ll Do: 30 Day: Audit current funnel performance, pipeline sources, CAC efficiency, and attribution models. Align with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership on revenue targets and ICP prioritization. Assess current ABX motion, marketing automation stack (HubSpot, Salesforce), and campaign performance. Identify immediate pipeline acceleration opportunities. 60 Day: Launch a refined, comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned to revenue expansion goals. Implement or optimize...
