The Brokerage Risk team advises Fidelity’s dynamic individual investor businesses building lifetime relationships with self-directed clients and helping them save and invest. This is an individual contributor role, supporting the Digital business unit within the Brokerage organization. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting critical components of our risk program including risk assessments, incident and issue management, and key risk initiatives. What You’ll Do: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on operational and emerging risks, including risks associated with AI-enabled products, platforms, and new capabilities Lead end-to-end risk assessments, from risk identification and evaluation through control design, monitoring, and reporting Investigate incidents and issues, determine root cause, assess impact, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for remediation Design, maintain, and monitor key risk indicators to assess the ongoing risk profile of the Digital business Collaborate with partners across the risk, legal, compliance, frau...
