Description Associate Mental Health Therapist (Pre-Licensed): Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated annual earning potential of up to $80,000 w/ benefits) Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee (with opportunities to increase to Full-Time!); Non-Exempt Schedule: Build your own schedule - office hours include: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; Saturdays 9am-1pm Location: This is a hybrid role based out of San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA - $30-$50/hour for Master's Level Therapists Role Summary: The Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations.
