Candidate reports to the Meetings & Events Manager, supports The SEED Campus Marketing and Events coordinator as well as Corporate Communications. The Meetings & Events department successfully plans and executes corporate Davey meetings, conferences, and events overseeing 5 to 20 functions per week. Events may include internal Trainings, Sales Meetings, Board of Directors Meetings, Strategic Planning Meetings, Client functions and Corporate Sponsorship Events. This role also calls for flexibility, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
