Based at Louise de Marillac House, this role places you on the frontline of compassionate, practical support, helping people move from crisis to stability and independence. As a Case Worker , you will provide person-centred support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. You will build trust, assess needs, and work alongside clients to create pathways towards safe and sustainable housing.
