Compliance Officer

Job description

Main Purpose: The Compliance Officer will support the Impala Terminals Group commercial compliance function, working closely with the Senior Compliance Officer to deliver Impala's compliance programme across multiple geographies and business lines. The role covers a broad range of workstreams, ensuring that Impala Terminals operates in full accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organisation. The role also provides expert guidance and advice on regulatory requirements including ABAC, AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust, and acts as a point of contact for compliance queries across the business. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Impala's Commercial Compliance Programme. - Assist in providing compliance guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters, including ABC, AML, economic and trade sanctions, and conflicts of interest. - Support the preparation and coordination of the annual Compliance Risk Review across Impala Terminals Group entities. - Assist in the...
