Department: 10000 GCMG One Health: Antiquity - Divisional Administrative Expense Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Variable Pay Range: $24.10 - $36.15 Primary Purpose The paramedic collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide care as appropriate to the population served and in compliance with standards of practice. The paramedic will provide care to patients under the supervision of the Provider. The Medical Director will provide oversight for Paramedic clinical practice. Major Responsibilities: Minimum Job Requirements Education Successful completion of a Paramedic Training Program (OEMS approved) required. Completion of CPI course required within 30 days of hire. Certification / License Current North Carolina Paramedic Certification required (National registry preferred). Certification in BLS required on hire. Certification in ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire. Affiliation with an EMS agency is required to maintain National Registry Paramedic certification.
