Description The Field Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of lift trucks and material handling equipment. This role delivers high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs while ensuring equipment safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Working independently in the field, the technician uses diagnostic tools, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to support customers and maintain compliance with company and safety standards. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all makes of lift trucks and components. - Perform all assigned Planned Maintenance (PM) on customer lift trucks. - Perform proper PM’s and engine tune-ups on most makes of equipment without supervision in a timely manner. - Operate service van in a clean, safe, and secure manner following all required safety rules for the job. - Assist with training/mentoring apprentice mechanics through on-the-job training. - Follow all safety procedures in performing work as well as company policies. - Always demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by interfacing with clients in a profes...
