The Head of External Business Communications for PNC is a highly motivated leader, an effective player coach, and a seasoned communications strategist with strong executive presence. This role requires expertise across all facets of external communications, including media relations, reputation management, executive visibility, crisis and issues management, thought leadership, and integrated brand storytelling.
