Job Summary: The Learning & Organization Consultant is responsible for serving as a consultant for organization development; leadership consultation and coaching in both career development and performance management; talent pipeline development; learning management and program development; and continual professional development within the Enterprise. The Consultant also serves as a subject matter expert in his/her recognized areas of expertise to relevant business areas. Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related field. In lieu of a degree, five (5) years' relevant work experience will be considered. EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years’ professional level experience in one (1) of the following Areas of Expertise (AOE): organizational development, workplace learning: training delivery, training management, instructional design, leadership development, talent assessment, or succession planning.
