What You will Do: Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Inspect and evaluate vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards. Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision. Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience. Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience Subaru experience preferred (but not required) ASE certifications a plus: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
