Starting wage at $21.41 with additional $2.00 second shift differential Shifts available: Monday- Friday 3pm-1am: Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO - Operate stacker jack to load lift tables with proper cheese. - Open and inspect cheese before loading on conveyor. Failure to properly remove all wrapper will result in substantial down time, rework and is a major concern for customer complaints. - Keep conveyor loaded with cheese. Expect to process up to 70,000 pounds per shift. - Shut down the line and notify the Lead person or Supervisor when any ingredient cheeses are in question. - Follow the production lists to ensure the correct cheese blends. - Keep area neat and clean for a safe working environment. - Assist machine operators with Changeovers, Head changes and Harp changes. - Tear down and blow down all machines for both dry and wet washes. - Follow all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
