HR Intern

Job description

You will have the opportunity to work as an HR Intern in a Team supporting global processes within the Global Compensation and Benefits Team . In this role, you will gain valuable experience in managing and maintenance of benefits programs dedicated to DNV employees in several different countries. In your role, depending on the priorities, you will be involved in multiple activities, which may include: - Maintaining employee data in HR systems and issuing HR documents; - Supporting benefit maintenance processes including document preparation, cost calculation and allocation; - Manage employee personal files in compliance with the local legal requirements; - Answering employees’ questions and improving our HR knowledge database; - Handling various benefits from different angles such as insurance, pension schemes, cafeteria, and more. - Medical package (Medicover), life insurance, mental health helpline, and a grant for glasses; - Pension Scheme (PPE) and profit-sharing program; - 33 days of sick leave fully paid by the employer; - Multisport card or sports allowance (via the Worksmile platform); - Personal growth opportunities focused on developing employee competencies; - Education...
