What You'll Do: As the Center Director, you’ll have the unique opportunity to oversee and be accountable for all aspects of the growing Donor Center—driving performance, building a lean and high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional donor experience. You’ll be managing the P&L of a site within a hyper-growth organization, managing the day-to-day while providing critical input to Operations team leadership.
