Job description

Title : WFS Senior Sys Setup & Integration Analyst Responsibilities: - Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role - Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing) - Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools. - Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistance - Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely manner - Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills - Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements - Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholders - Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders - Responsible for participating and leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders.
