Description Job Title: Production Supervisor, Retail – 2nd Shift Department: 160 Processing Department: Reports To: 2nd Shift Operations Manage r JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor, Retail responsibilities include overseeing the processing team. The primary role of the Production Supervisor, Retail is to ensure the daily job responsibilities of the processing team are completed in compliance with Pharma Link ’s SOP’s and Quality Programs. Duties and responsibilities: job requirements / qualifications - Oversee the daily processing workflow. - Assign work to processors and packers. - Leads and all Processors positions report to this position. - Distribute schedules and coordinate the scheduling of overtime when approved by Management. - Partner with Management on creating/revising existing/new SOP’s for processes. - Assist in training personnel. - Maintain training program in compliance with company policies. - Ensure all KPI’s are met and reported to upper management. - Work with Quality Specialist to assure all SOP’s and training documentation is current. - Drive lean manufacturing philosophy and practices - Handle performance reviews and lead, coach, and train all employees t...
