POSITION: Food & Beverage Manager DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage: REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage FLSA STATUS: Full-Time Salary, Exempt: Summary: Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Food & Beverage Manager for Legends Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena/Pinewood Bowl. The Food & Beverage Manager, in partnership with the other Food & Beverage Managers, oversees the entire Concessions department including the Warehouse. The Food & Beverage Manager will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business, while maintaining a strong working relationship with the clients and guests by ensuring efficient quality service & products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following.
