Your mission, roles and responsibilities: The main mission of the role is to implement the production of new products/projects in a production plant. This position will grow for Supervision Role during 2027. Your profile and competencies to succeed - Lead and participate in projects in the industrialization phase and manage schedule and capacity for parts production; - Support the launch of new products; - Plan receive and validate/optimize assembly devices, tolls and equipments; - Participate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process analysis; - Responsible for all new projects accuracy data (BOM's, Routings, Drawings,...) - Ensure the follow-up of product engineering changes with ECR’s team.
