Position Summary: The Service Depot Repair Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and documenting service activities for a range of Oxford Instruments products returned to the depot. This role ensures that repaired systems meet factory specifications and are returned to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on returned instruments and components. - Ensure all repairs meet performance and safety standards. - Maintain accurate service records, including fault analysis and repair actions for internal tracking and audit purposes. - Track and monitor all regional RMAs, maintaining accurate records of status and progress.
