Job description

This is a leadership position that guides and directs the work of other security guards. The Lead Security Guard is a key point of contact for incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses and deploying resources to ensure timely and effective action. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and fostering a strong working relationship with external law enforcement and emergency services. NOTE: This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Please note that a positive drug test result, including for marijuana, may result in a job offer being rescinded for applicants or termination of employment for current employees, even if they possess a valid medical marijuana license. Responds to incidents and performs CPR and first aid procedures as needed. Prevents guests from entering premises with prohibited items.
