Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Scheduler, Ethanol will work in an open, fast-paced team of Commercial Schedulers in Houston to optimize commodities in Phillips 66’s portfolio for both Commercial Supply and Trading positions. The individual will primarily cover ethanol scheduling activities for the US but may assist with international waterborne cargoes and other clean products. The position will work closely with the Senior Scheduler, Ethanol and directly report to the Supervisor, WC & Rockies Clean Scheduling. What You’ll Do: - Plan, execute, and manage daily scheduling and nomination activities to meet commercial trading, marketing, and customer demand. - Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing operational risk. - Provides scheduling coverage on a 24/7 basis except when relief coverage is available. - Enters data into SAP, Trade66, Navarik, Mainstay, other 3rd-party systems, etc. accurately and promptly to meet operational, financial, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate rail, truck, marine, and terminal activities by partnering with internal teams, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product movements. - Monitor...
