Location: Virginia Beach,Virginia,United States Rigid Tactical is seeking highly qualified Former Ambassadors, Defense Attachés (DATTs), and Chiefs of Station (COS) to serve as Diplomatic Role Players in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) major exercises. In this capacity, you will leverage decades of high-level geopolitical expertise to provide realistic, immersive training environments. You will represent the "Interagency" and "Country Team" perspectives, challenging SOF leadership to navigate the complexities of diplomatic-military integration, host-nation relations, and sensitive operational environments. - Location: San Diego CA / Virginia Beach, VA - Clearance: TS / - Exercise Dates:TBD Primary Responsibilities: Immersive Role Play: Portray high-ranking diplomatic and intelligence officials in complex, multi-day training scenarios, maintaining persona and professional decorum throughout. Strategic Advisory: Provide real-time mentorship to SOF commanders on the legal, political, and cultural nuances of operating within a foreign embassy or consulate framework.
