Overview POSITION OVERIVEW: We are looking for a dedicated on-site Commercial Title Examiner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented group of professionals in a fast-paced environment, working together to provide top-tier service to our commercial clients. The Commercial Title Examiner is responsible for analyzing and verifying the accuracy of property titles for commercial real estate transactions within Williamson and Davidson County, TN. This role involves thorough research and examination of public records, legal documents, and property ownership histories to ensure clear titles and identify any potential issues or encumbrances. LOCATION: - The position is based in our Franklin, TN office and requires extensive use of computer systems and databases. Some travel may be necessary to obtain public records.
