Position Overview The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of glass fabricated product projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating information, materials, and production processes for specific products and project orders. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments such as sales, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping to ensure customer expectations are met. The Project Coordinator also serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a high level of detail orientation, organizational skill, and the ability to work within structured systems while supporting cross-departmental communication. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (70%): - Review project documents including take-offs, architectural shop drawings, project quotes, and project specifications to understand the scope of the project and develop a project management plan. - Work closely with scheduling, purchasing, quality, and shipping teams for each order to ensure customer expectations for delivery are met. - Complete project documentation...
