About the role: The Drilling Engineer role at bp supports the delivery of well design, planning and execution across the full well lifecycle. The position contributes to the Integrated Well Delivery process, helping ensure wells are designed and executed safely, efficiently and in line with bp standards, Control of Work requirements and local regulations. The role works closely with Senior Drilling Engineers and cross‑disciplinary teams to support engineering decisions, operational execution and governance activities such as Decision Gates and assurance reviews.
