Job Description Summary The Program Manager is responsible for leading the cross-functional team through the decision-making, planning and execution of the program/project. Expected to lead the team by listening to all functional interests with consensus decisions/trade-offs including impact to value proposition with active participation across the Program Core Team; ensuring that all commitments to quality, scope and timing are based on appropriate work planning with adequate cross-functional resource commitment. Job Description: Duties include (but are not limited to): - Driving effective communication across businesses and functions - Driving product planning and multi-generational product/platform roadmap execution - Working with the Business Team and program Core Team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features - Cross-functional project execution leadership including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery - Working closely with Product Definition team in order to drive product direction - Working with customers to solicit product feedback and leading cross-functiona...
