Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Resident Aide who finds purpose in serving residents with compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.
