We are hiring an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for the Kansas City, MO portfolio! The pay range for this role is $28- $30/hour. As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor you will make a unique and valuable contribution to our community by ensuring that our building appliances and infrastructure are functioning at peak of efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: What will serve you well in this role? QUALIFICATIONS: - Supervises a team of maintenance personnel. - Ensures all services requests for the building are completed in a timely, professional and courteous manner consistent with company operating and equipment/supply standards. - Ensures vacant apartment homes are “market ready” in a timely manner. Oversees duties to restore apartments to “market ready” status, including inspect vacated apartments, complete make-ready checklists, oversee vendor.
