Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 83 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’. As Commis Chef you will take your first steps to becoming a vital part of our high-performing brigade.
