Reporting to the Project Manager, Controls, Security, Automation & Electrical, the Controls Technician works on a variety of equipment and devices to design, program, assemble, install, test, troubleshoot and repair automation controllers/electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in buildings and other structures. Duties & Responsibilities: buildings - Develop and implement automation programming, design graphics, and handle commissioning for new construction projects while providing servicing for existing clients. - Responsible for all Low Voltage Electrical work, including: - Maintenance, service, installation and replacement or repair of motor control centers, switches, panelboard components, low voltage branch circuit wiring, transformers, control devices and IO devices - Troubleshooting and minor repairs on hardware and sensors - Shut-down, lock-out, and start-up of automation systems and building equipment - Provides onsite estimating - Offer expert...
