Job Title: Graphic Artist II Department / Division: Global Content Marketing & Creating /Marketing Salary Grade: EX1_13: Salary Range: $57,120 - $70,560 per year plus an annual bonus Location: Ada, MI: *Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays as part of our collaboration days* What do we need: A highly collaborative professional with a strong understanding of graphic artist standards, experience with print production, and demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team-focused environment. What’s special about this team: Production Graphic Artists at Amway build packaging artworks for new product development and business sustaining initiatives in support of all of Amway’s business lines. This team works collaboratively with Artwork Project Managers, Concept Artists, Packaging Engineers, and print suppliers to create world-class artwork files that adhere to Amway’s business-line brand standards, maintain press-ready file excellence, and work closely as a team to ensure these files are delivered accurately and on time, and are production-ready.
