IQVIA is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines on behalf of one of our pharmaceutical partners. This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility for multiple countries , operating within a complex, matrix environment and working closely with both IQVIA and partner stakeholders. Territory scope: Nordics, Baltics and Ireland The role has oversight of a multi‑country team of Specialty Sales Representatives , with accountability for performance, execution, and team development across defined markets. The portfolio sits within specialty care, spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology, and is promoted primarily within specialist healthcare settings. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for translating overarching brand and portfolio strategies into effective regional execution, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery while adapting to local market needs.
