Additionally, the Program Manager will have the rewarding responsibility of helping coach the Gold's Aquatics Swim Team, a youth USA Swim Team. This role involves guiding and mentoring young swimmers in their pursuit of excellence and competition. The Program Manager will also be responsible for maintaining helping in chemical balancing, record-keeping, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
