What You'll Do: - provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in med/surg units; - be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification; - work every 5th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage; - be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process; and - efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.
