Transportation Coordinator Full‑Time • Non‑Exempt • On‑Site (Cypress, CA) • Monday–Friday We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly responsive Transportation Coordinator to support high‑volume freight operations for our distribution facilities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost‑effective shipments by managing freight quotes, coordinating carrier pickups, and resolving daily transportation issues in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. What You’ll Do: Transportation & Freight Coordination: - Obtain a high volume of freight quotes for LTL, partial truckload, and full truckload shipments and communicate pricing and transit details to Sales within tight deadlines. - Coordinate with carriers to arrange pickups and ensure all time‑sensitive shipment requirements are met. - Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding high freight costs, extended transit times, and shipment delays.
