Description The Richmond Redevelopment Capital Projects Team is responsible for advancing major redevelopment initiatives that address the evolving and high-priority health care needs of the Richmond community. This includes development of a new acute care tower and significant renovations to existing facilities to support integrated, efficient, and patient-centred care delivery aligned with current healthcare standards, leading practices, and VCH strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Planner (CPP), the Director, Clinical Planning and Capital Projects provides strategic and operational leadership and is accountable for the clinical program planning, development, implementation, transition, and operational readiness of programs and services within the Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project. The Director plays a critical leadership role in translating clinical and operational visions into functional facility design and ensuring redevelopment planning supports safe, effective, and future-focused healthcare delivery aligned with VCH’s overall care objectives.
