Job Description Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience Location Miskin, south Wales: Renishaw’s Additive Manufacturing Group is seeking to recruit a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join the new product development team at our site in Miskin, South Wales. The role will focus on taking early conceptual designs and developing them into proven Additive Manufacturing products and systems, as well as helping to support and maintain our current product platform. Renishaw’s involvement in this exciting field will have a significant impact upon the acceptance of Additive manufacturing and as such the role presents an excellent opportunity to be part of this manufacturing revolution. Responsibilities: Produce quality electrical system designs that includes machinery controls, safety circuits and low-voltage power. Develop and apply expertise in technologies such as PLCs, motion controls, distributed I/O, sensing and pneumatic controls. Produce, modify and manage high quality electrical design schematics.
