Location: Bowling Green Brandywine, Brandywine River Valley, PA Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00PM Bowling Green Brandywine is a premier Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment Center located in the scenic and historic Brandywine River Valley. What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly and safely by: Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting (experience with different types of painting required), and mechanical equipment. - Responding promptly to emergency calls and acting as backup when needed. - Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Following preventive maintenance schedules and completing required reports. - Inspecting and maintaining emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing systems. - Repairing or refinishing furniture and fixtures as needed. - Painting, touchups interior and exterior.
