Role Overview We are seeking a senior digital leader and trusted client advisor to lead the digital experience for one of the world’s most innovative high‑tech clients. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and consumer‑facing experiences, shaping how digital tools enhance retail operations, employee experience, and customer engagement across a global portfolio. You will serve as the primary digital experience owner for all client and customer focused onsite solutions on the account—partnering closely with client executives and Sodexo leadership to translate fast‑moving business priorities into scalable, high‑impact digital outcomes.
