YOUR CHALLENGE: Represent the Finance function in a Core Banking transformation programme: Ensuring accurate definition and integration of Finance data flows, interfaces and reconciliation requirements across Core Banking and key satellite applications upstream to Finance Collaborate with key Finance stakeholders (i.e. Financial Accounting, Management Accounting) to analyse current-state data structures and translate business requirements into future-state target data models for upstream systems Define target data attributes and mapping rules for critical financial dimensions (e.g., GL accounts, (re)-valuation, accounting entries, cost allocation, P&L generation) ensuring downstream reporting needs Assess the impact of revised data flows and redefined master data ownership on existing reconciliation processes, identifying gaps and dependencies across the financial control chain Design a harmonised, end-to-end Finance / Banking reconciliation framework...
