As the Event Operations & Project Manager , you are responsible for operational excellence and flawless event execution across the Division’s event portfolio, enabling the establishment and growth of a standalone Events Business while driving member engagement, partner ROI, and commercial revenue. What you will be doing: - Lead end-to-end event execution and operations across a portfolio of concurrent events, including logistics, timelines, supplier and venue management, registration, attendee communications, on-site delivery, and bump-out coordination - Manage event budgets, expense reconciliation, compliance, and contingency planning while building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery and positive brand representation - Support the expansion of the event portfolio through the delivery of satellite, regional, and cluster events that increase member engagement, attract new customers, and drive preferred product sales - Develop premiu...
