ADI has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Leader focused on the growth and enhancing the scalability of our APAC business and we are looking to speak to candidates based in either Australia or New Zealand. You’ll operate as both a hands-on contributor and a strategic leader—supporting customers directly, enabling the Field Sales team, and building a high-performing, scalable Inside Sales function. Working in close alignment with Field Sales, you’ll strengthen inside sales execution, take ownership of key processes, and bring greater operational discipline to the team. JOB DUTIES: Sales Execution: - Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through inside-sales engagement - Support Area Sales Managers by progressing opportunities and following up leads - Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and analysis - Apply qualification, objection handling, value-based selling and closing disciplines - Maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce Lead People & Build Capability: - Lead and coach Inside Sales team members where applicable - Support onboarding, training and succession planning - Foster a high-engagement, inclusive team culture Drive Commercia...
