Post description: The Coatings Industrialization Engineer will be a key contributor in the industrialization, scale-up, and stabilization of coatings manufacturing at the Socomore Rhome facility. This role will drive the transition from development to full-scale production by implementing robust processes, optimizing equipment and workflows, and ensuring compliance with aerospace and military specifications.
