Job description

Objective and Purpose: The objective of this role is to lead and manage multiple dental practice locations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with regulatory standards. The purpose is to build and maintain strong relationships with partner doctors and practice leaders, drive strategic growth initiatives, mentor and develop office managers and practice leaders, and champion change management efforts to achieve organizational goals. The assigned territory includes Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee, encompassing approximately 12 practices, 22+ providers, and more than $27 million in annual revenue.
