Hutcheon and Pearce Aftermarket Operations manager 📍Coleambally NSW Position Overview: As our Aftermarket Operations manager, you will be reporting to our Finley Branch manager to oversee the daily operations of our parts and service department in Coleambally. Be responsible for fostering a good culture, get involved with future initiatives and driving growth across our Coleambally Branch. Supporting an established team of qualified technicians, parts interpreters and apprentices! What You’ll Be Doing: - Support the Branch Manager with the daily operational activities of the Parts and Service departments. - Provide ongoing performance feedback to the Branch Manager and team members, including insights on aftermarket sales, productivity and efficiency, and recommend improvement plans as needed. - Conduct weekly Toolbox meetings for Parts and Service teams - Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to the Service and Parts team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Attend weekly Branch meetings to remain informed of branch priorities and sales targets. - Act as the first point of escalation for Parts and Service customer complaints or concerns, ensur...
