Job Description Assistant Superintendent – Sauget, IL. This is a salary, exempt-level position Reports to: Plant Superintendent About the Role: As an Assistant Superintendent at our Sauget facility, you will lead maintenance and day-to-day operational activities that keep our grain elevator running safely and reliably. You’ll work closely with the Plant Superintendent and production teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement across the facility. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, compliant workplace while developing and supporting hourly team members. Your work will directly support production goals through effective maintenance practices, strong planning, and clear communication.
